Arbor Day

This year's Arbor Day event is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event is held at the Police and Public Works Facility located at 741 W. Townline Road. Trees are given out to the first 100 families to arrive. There will also be activities for the kids!

Last year's Arbor Day event was held on Saturday, May 1st from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon at the Round Lake Police and Public Works Facility located at the corner of Townline Road and Bacon Road. The Village offered free trees to the first 100 residents that arrived. There was refreshments for all and activities for kids. There was a tree dedication to Delbert Amann, a former Mayor and Trustee. Also, the Community Garden was also opened on this day. Below are pictures of the events.
