Garage Sales

If you wish to hold a garage sale, you must submit a garage sale license application to the Village Hall.  An application can be downloaded HERE. The application is also available at Village Hall.  Such license may be issued to any one applicant and/or to any one location no more than two times within a twelve (12) month period and no such license shall be issued for more than four consecutive days. All sales shall be conducted only between eight a.m. and dusk on each day. The fee for such license shall be two dollars ($2.00).

PLEASE NOTE THAT GARAGE SALE SIGNS ARE PERMITTED ONLY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.  POSTING SIGNS ELSEWHERE IS NOT ALLOWED SUCH AS RIGHT-OF-WAYS, STREET SIGNS, AND LIGHT POLES.  ALL SIGNS MUST BE REMOVED 24 HOURS AFTER CLOSE OF THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE.
