Request Service

The Village provides this service because we truly care about our residents, businesses, and organizations.  This form generates an email to the applicable Village official or staff member and the request is added to a queue where it can be monitored by Village personnel as well.  We request that you provide enough information so that we can answer your question or respond to your request.  If you have requested it, Village personnel will contact you by your requested method.  If you have requested a response and have not heard from us within 10 days, please contact the Village by phone and refer to your request number, which will appear after you submit this request.  We thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback; your opinion matters.
