Electronic Payments for Water Bills

PAYING THROUGH AN INTERNET PAY SERVICE OR BANK?

If you are paying through an internet pay service or bank, please have the payment sent to the Village Hall (442 N. Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake, IL 60073). 

Our processing branch in Milwaukee cannot process payments without the bill stub (the part that you tear off your bill and send in with the payment).  Also, even though your account number may be referenced, the processors cannot process the payment; therefore, they send the check to the Village Hall for processing which causes a delay in posting to your account.
